Sunday, 13 January 2008 What is a Human Rights lawyer? Once again, here comes a witness, when the Madeleine’s case has a new development. Somebody who calls himself a “Human Rights lawyer” knows what happened to the child. This lawyer has no record, in Portugal, as a Human Rights lawyer. He is just one lawyer, among many thousands – and he lives in the island of Madeira. He is not known in relation with any high profile case where Human Rights were at stake. He has no activity in any ...

Madeleine McCann: The heart of the matter EXCLUSIVE to mccannfiles.com By Dr Martin Roberts 04 February 2010 THE HEART OF THE MATTER When Uncle John sat down to write his Chairman's Report on the fiscal activities of Madeleine's Fund for the last trading year, one person was certainly not uppermost in his mind. Clearly focussed on his schoolboy pun, he managed to omit Madeleine's name from the rosta of previously nominated litigants in the libel case against Goncalo Amaral. ...

Jane Tanner: Who wrote your script? EXCLUSIVE to mccannfiles.com By Dr Martin Roberts 07 February 2010 AUTHOR UNKNOWN Okay, so 'everyone is acting, some in big ways.' (Gerry McCann on ITV, 25 May, 2007). Jane Tanner is undeniably a member of the cast, as is crystal clear from what follows. The question is, who wrote the script? What you are about to read is not the result of a 'cut and paste error' but the literal flow of Jane Tanner's verbal responses during ...

by Joana Morais 9 years ago The following video was recorded by a journalist, the only journalist who dared ask the McCann couple tough questions. You may have seen some of the footage broadcast on your own countries' TV channels, edited to suit the spin, and some even altered or omitted the fact that the McCanns only mentioned that they would like the archived process of Madeleine McCann to be re-opened or reviewed after the former PJ coordinator, Gonçalo Amaral, told the media a few ...

Whilst I can understand the Leic Police no longer linking directly to the McCann's private website, I don't understand why ALL mention of Maddy has been removed. After all, she's still missing isn't she? And she's from Leicester so why isn't she being listed as missing anymore? https://leics.police.uk/canyouhelp/missing/63_madeleine_mccann/

Tuesday, 19 October 2010 Madeleine McCann the TRUTH of the Truth of the Lie...by SPUDGUN I have absolutely no idea what the significance will be of the Portuguese Court of Appeal overturning the ban on Goncalo Amaral’s book, “The Truth of the Lie”, a ban successfully effected by court action brought by the ever litigious Kate and Gerry McCann. Then again, I never understood how or why the Injunction was granted in the FIRST place. After all, Amaral’s book was effectively no more than ...

By Chris Freind Madeleine McCann: Forsaken By Gerry And Kate---Again! Being in the media is pretty cool, especially when you run your own news bureau, as I now do (www.FreindlyFireZone.com) I recently flew in an F-16 fighter jet, accelerating vertically from zero to 12,000 feet in under ten seconds. Shortly after that, I also flew with the U.S. Air Force Hurricane Hunters, flying directly into the eye of the beast for 12 hours. I have interviewed world leaders, presidential candidates, ...

THIS WOULD HAVE TO BE THE MOTHER OF ALL INJUSTICES This article has been posted on the forum before but thought it worthy of a re-read, especially for new members who may not have seen it the first time around. Sep 10 2007 by George Galloway MP NOT since Dr Crippen - long before the blizzard of 24/7 satellite media - will there have been a case like Madeleine McCann's if the now official suspicions of the Portuguese police turn out to have been well founded. They have turned ...

Even if a layman, I'll try to demonstrate in my humble opinion that the strongest evidence found so far comes from British sniffer dogs, especially from the cadaver dog, and that a lot of emphasis has been placed on DNA evidence, but this is meaningless. Eddie, the cadaver dog (EVRD) spotted a cadaver in some locations in McCann’s apartment. This is strong evidence that there's been a cadaver there, but the dog can't tell who's the cadaver, only that it was a human cadaver based on its training. After ...
