The English version of Amaral's book, "The Truth of the Lie", may be published, soon, in UK
After the sentence of the Portuguese Supreme Court that acquitted Gonçalo Amaral and overruled a previous sentence, from a lower level court, banning the sales of the book in Portugal, a few British publishers showed interest in printing a English version of “The Truth of the Lie”, for sale in UK and contacted several Portuguese lawyers, in order to have more details about the sentence, sources from ...

Subject: Freedom of Information Ref:- LM 20181838
Dear Mr Reis
The following questions have been passed to this department to answer under Freedom of Information Legislation.
1 – Why (and when) the content of the page about Keela was replaced with a age progressed picture of Madeleine McCann?
2 – Why there is no reference, now, at all, on South Yorkshire Police site, about Keela, when in 2005 it was considered, by Chief ...
Unless their name is McCann...?
Review sparks fresh impetus to solving 1983 cheese wire ...
A cold case review appeal to a brutal killing 35 years ago dubbed the ‘cheese wire murder’ has brought a “significant” public response, a national force has confirmed. Within days of launching the new plea for information ...
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THESE DISCREPANCIES STARTED TUESDAY MORNING INDICATING THEY MAY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO HIDE SOMETHING
DID SOMETHING HAPPEN BEFORE THEN?
Who picked Madeleine up from creche on day she disappeared?
Why do all of the Paynes and Matthew pass each other at different locations?
Nuno Lourenco’s Lies – Do these prove that something serious happened to Madeleine earlier in the week?
by Hektor van Bohmen and Marina Guilsford - 25 July 2016
PART ONE OF TWO PARTS
Nuno Lourenco had a major impact on the first few days of the Portuguese Police investigation into the reported disappearance of Madeleine McCann.
His statement to the Portuguese Police and accompanying police reports and photos can be seen here:
Following the disasters in Indonesia we now have another Charity of which many people may not be aware.
Disasters Emergency Committee
"DEC only appeal when we know we can help. We bring together 14 leading UK aid charities in times of crisis. Since our launch in 1963, we have run 70 appeals ... "
So they are a Charity set up to co-ordinate 14 other Charities.
The list is on their website

'Fred West' rape couple victim's concern over evidence
A victim of the couple dubbed the Fred and Rose West of Barry wants an independent investigation into why evidence she gave South Wales Police nearly 20 years ago went missing.
Peter and Avril Griffiths were found guilty last month of raping girls.
Two of their victims said they believed the couple were part of a paedophile ring, which included police officers.
The force said there was no information to suggest any "collusion" ...
Two-week-old baby is in a serious condition in hospital 'after being raped'
The baby is in intensive care at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children, and a 25-year-old man has been charged with rape and grievous bodily harm.
What the hell is wrong with some people that they could do something like this?
Should we swallow this airport video that easy?
What we are seeing is two video sequences.
The first one we can see a girl from behind on the steps.
The second one on an airport bus.
I suppose it would show that they arrived in Portugal because the step sequence comes first and the bus trip after, but the bus on this video is not the that kind of buses they used in Faro, I'am pretty sure this is a EMA bus.
And what happened to MbM's pink trolley bag?
It doesn't shows up on any photo from ...
Not Proven, Not Guilty, and Case Archived does NOT mean you did not do it.
It only indicated that the prosecution do not have sufficient evidence - YET
Student wins £80,000 in damages after suing man cleared of raping her

CONTRADICTION 1: When Dr Payne first mentioned this visit, he said it took place at 5.00pm. Later he changed this to 6.30pm.
CONTRADICTION 2: Dr Payne first of all said that both Gerry and Kate McCann were there when he visited the apartment. Later he changed this to saying it was just Kate. CONTRADICTION 3: Although Dr Payne and Kate McCann both claim that Payne visited the McCanns' apartment some time between 6.30pm and 7.00pm on 3rd May, Dr Payne's wife Fiona makes no mention of this in ...
What were the McCanns and their friends doing on April 29th?
There seems to be very little information, even in the files. There is nothing much in the book and in one rogatory statement (will have to check if it was Jane Tanner) the interviewing officer says, something like "no point in going over what you did on Sunday, we'll just skim over that".
Are there any indications at all, of what they may have been doing?
A few months ago, I sent a mail to South Yorkshire Police with 3 simple questions:
1 - When and why did they deleted, from their website, the page dedicated to Keela ["The Diary of Keela"], the "wonder dog"?
2- Is the dog still being used on crime investigations?
They just ignore me and didn'd even replied to me. As IPSO exists for complaining against incorrect behavior of newspapers, what's the proper institution to whom I can send a complain, due to this unacceptable attitude of South ...
In presenting these two media reports from yesterday, the only thing I wish to add - at the risk of repetition - is that Stuart Lubbock was never, ever, in Michael Barrymore's swimming pool that night
Michael Barrymore wants £2.5m in damages as he sues police who arrested him after a butcher was found dead in his swimming pool but officers say he should get just £1
I wonder how much time DCI Wall has actually spent on Op. Grange in the last ten months since it was scaled back?
According to the old Vogue article:
‘She usually has about six or seven live cases at any one time, and prides herself on her investigative speed; she is only partially joking when she attributes her low media profile to the fact "we solve cases so quickly nobody gets involved…"
These arrests took two days, but not so successful or speedy with the McCann case.
Chapter 30: Forget the Facts - Focus on the Fallacies
Madeleine McCann 'captive and alive' theory picked apart by former editor
By Mark Saunokonoko
There is "no evidence" to support a theory missing girl Madeleine McCann is alive and living with her abductor in Portugal, according to a former leading UK newspaper editor.
Last week a retired UK detective claimed Maddie, who would now be 15 years old, was probably still somewhere in Portugal, and could even remain held captive in the small Algarve coastal town where she vanished more than ...
Today I've launched a 7-day Twitter Poll on this question:
WHY HAS THE MET POLICE SPENT >£13m ON THE MADDIE #MCCANN CASE?
Millions want to know. Some think the @MetPoliceUK really are running a genuine investigation to find Maddie. But others suggest that this 7-year long investigation is just an expensive cover-up. What’s YOUR opinion?
I have set 3 options:
1) It appears to be a cover-up operation
2) I believe it’s an honest investigation
3) I’m unsure
Please vote if you can, whatever ...
