BBC TV Drama 'The Cry' and BBC Radio 4 Broadcast
Was it all just a coincidence last weekend when, firstly, you have the Radio 4 broadcast with Gerry in tears, followed by an abduction story in the BBC l Drama 'The Cry'. In the latter, apparently a child went missing when both parents left their daughter in their car whilst collecting provisions from a store. Tonight, the mother will become obsessive with what people are saying about the case online! Surely this has been orchestrated and timed accordingly - hasn't it?

Was there any significance in the time and day the alarm was supposedly raised by KM? Given the panic and disarray that ensued that night, was the time the alarm was raised the "wrong time"? Should it have been, in the plan, raised earlier or later?
Also, although I don't completely agree with the earlier in the week theory, supposing that had happened, why wait until Thursday to fake the abduction?

April 29th - why so vague?
What were the McCanns and their friends doing on April 29th?
There seems to be very little information, even in the files. There is nothing much in the book and in one rogatory statement (will have to check if it was Jane Tanner) the interviewing officer says, something like "no point in going over what you did on Sunday, we'll just skim over that".
Are there any indications at all, of what they may have been doing?
