Police are becoming increasingly concerned for a missing three-year-old whose parents have a long history of drug abuse.
Peggie Happer was last seen on Tuesday, April 4, and police are stepping up efforts to track down her and her parents.
Concern is growing for the youngster, from the Jaywick and Clacton area of Essex, because her parents are known to be involved with drugs.
