Last month Ben Hodder, Chief Inspector and Borough Commander for Essex Police in Thurrock (south Essex), was charged with child sexual abuse images - making indecent images of children. He follows a most unfortunate list of others senior Essex Police Officers charged and convicted of paedophile offences.
