I am suggesting a theory in which:
RM was called back to PdL to help out
M died prior to 3rd
GM + RM spent afternoon of 2nd May finding an initial resting place in a property with freezer, having decided it would be too much of a risk to
get rid of the body at that stage
On night of 'abduction' GM removed body from closet in apartment to new resting place and KM discovered the body had disappeared
prompting her natural cry / anger at around 10pm.
