The recent CPS decision not to take (self-outed accused) John Hemming, plus others, to court in the Esther Baker abuse case has highlighted the ‘Turnbull’ identification guidelines, which are quite interesting for anyone that still believes ‘Smithman’ to have been accurately identified as GM by the two photofits of different people.
Identification fit to stand up in court?
Not even the Met would bother trying to put it to the CPS based on what we have.

Suspended sentence for Essex Man who imported a childlike sex doll
A man who imported a childlike sex doll he bought online has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Simon Glerum, 33, purchased the doll from Hong Kong but it was intercepted at Stansted Airport in January.
Glerum, of Great Bardfield in Essex, admitted to arranging the import of a prohibited indecent or obscene article and making and possessing indecent images of children.
He was sentenced to 12 months in prison, suspended for two years.
