Fund accounts 2016 - Late again!!!
The statutory accounts were due to be filed at Companies House on Dec 31st
They are late again.
That means another penalty of £150 for Madeleines' diminishing fund (that is assuming that our corrupt government hasn't exempted the McCanns from these penalties that every other company has to pay)
I am assuming that since there has been no private investigation this year and there are no investigators to pay, the only transactions this year will be the royalties from Kates' book.

Hacked Off projected visuals onto the Houses of Parliament indicating the number of people who have 'signed' their petition last night. I'm shocked to put it mildly that this is allowable. Does it mean that anyone with money (Hacked Off is a not-for-profit company by the way) and the resources can project their campaign on a public building?

Michael Doherty's appeal against his conviction for assault which occurred in 2013.
I'm new to this site and have tried searching for this with no success so does anyone know of the final outcome of Michael Doherty's appeal against his conviction for assault which allegedly took place at Stevenage Magistrate's Court in 2013. I know he appealed the conviction but I'd like to know whether he was successful with it as I hope he was from the evidence I've both seen on video and read online. Thanks.

This is a curious case.
Michael Doherty was convicted earlier this year of assault on a security guard by a Magistrates Court. He was fined £1,000.
Unusually, the full circumstances leading up to this alleged assault were filmed on CCTV (inside the Court prcincts) and there is an audio recording of part of it.
There is a prior history of Michael Doherty making a complaint against the police, and I don't know the background.
